My name is Kevin Yircott and I have created this website with the intent to analyze the role of leadership.  I will be spend time discussing how I define leadership, the effect leaders can have on others, and also the steps that I plan to take in order to become a successful leader.  I believe this website will allow me to further understand the qualities that make a good leader and possibly help others to realize how they can become successful leaders as well.
